We want you to be able to try the app fully before you commit, and to get your money back if a paid plan isn't working out.

Try before you buy

We offer a free trial with no payment card required. The trial is the best way to confirm the app fits your workflow before you pay anything.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No long forms — just tell us your account email.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that. Renewal payments are not refunded, but if something went wrong on our end, email us — we're reasonable.

One-time and founding licenses

One-time purchases (such as a founding or "lifetime" license) are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, one-time licenses are generally non-refundable.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to appear. Any taxes collected on a refunded payment are refunded as well.
